our story
This project was born out of the idea of recovering vintage and antique objects and turning them into something new. Most of the furniture and furnishing of Mode Like Home are part of our family.
With these pieces comes a wealth of experiences, memories and emotions from the generations before us, namely from two grandmothers, two aunts and an uncle.
Using our hands and imagination, we have given a new life to these forgotten objects.
Through these discoveries, we have become painters, bricklayers, restorers, electricians, gardeners, designers, photographers, web masters, and most importantly, storytellers.
Il progetto è nato dall’idea di recuperare oggetti e trasformarli in qualcosa di nuovo: la maggior parte dei mobili e degli arredi di Mode Like Home fanno parte della nostra famiglia.
Due nonne, due zie, uno zio e il loro bagaglio di esperienze ed emozioni.
Abbiamo dato una seconda vita ad oggetti dimenticati e riscoperto il saper fare con le nostre mani.
Siamo diventati imbianchini, muratori, restauratori, elettricisti, giardinieri, designer, fotografi e web master.
